Tenneco (TEN) (UDR) (NOK) (PNRA) (ALB) (ANF) Upgraded

Tenneco Inc. (NYSE: TEN), UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR), Nokia Co. (NYSE: NOK), Panera Bread Company (NASDAQ: PNRA), Albemarle Co. (NYSE: ALB) and Abercrombie & Fitch (NYSE: ANF) upgraded by analysts.

Tenneco Inc. (TEN) was upgraded by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) from a “Neutral” rating to a “Buy” rating.

UDR, Inc. (UDR) was upgraded by RBC Capital from a “Sector Perform” rating to an “Outperform” rating.

Nokia Co. (NOK) was upgraded by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from an “Underperform” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Panera Bread Company (PNRA) was upgraded by Oppenheimer from a “Perform” rating to an “Outperform” rating. They have a price target of $135.00 on the company, up from $32.00.

Albemarle Co. (ALB) was upgraded by First Analysis from an “Equal Weight” rating to an “Overweight” rating.

Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF) was upgraded by Robert W. Baird from a “Neutral” rating to an “Outperform” rating. They have a price target of $90.00 on the company.

Honeywell (HON) (VE) (SBUX) (SONC) (NTAP) (ALB) Downgraded

Honeywell International Inc. (NYSE: HON), Veolia Environnement (NYSE: VE), Starbucks (NASDAQ: SBUX), Sonic Co. (NASDAQ: SONC), NetApp Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP) and Albemarle Co. (NYSE: ALB) downgraded by analysts.

Honeywell International Inc. (HON) was downgraded by Sanford C. Bernstein from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

Veolia Environnement (VE) was downgraded by UBS AG (NYSE:UBS) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Nestle (OTC: NSRGY), Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS), Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC), Albemarle Co. (NYSE: ALB), DirecTV (NYSE: DTV) and Motorola Mobility (NYSE: MMI) downgraded by analysts.

Walt Disney (DIS) was downgraded by Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $42.00 on the company.

Nestle (NSRGY) was downgraded by BNP Paribas from an “Outperform” rating to an “Underperform” rating.

Time Warner Cable (TWC) was downgraded by Macquarie from an “Outperform” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Barclays Capital raised its price target on Goodrich Co. (GR) to $120.00. They have an “Overweight” rating on the company.

Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) raised its price target on Caterpillar Inc. (CAT) to $158.00. They have an “Outperform” rating on the company.

Ticonderoga cut its price target on Alaska Air (ALK) from $83.00 to $81.00. They have a “Buy” rating on the company.

Citigroup (NYSE:C) raised its price target on Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. (APD) to $109.00.

The Board of Directors of Tupperware Brands Corp. (TUP) declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.30 per share payable 7/6/11 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 6/20/11.

The Board of Directors of Miller Industries Inc (MLR) declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.12 per share payable 5/31/11 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 5/23/11.

Analysts downgraded ratings on Allergan, Inc. (NYSE: AGN), Albemarle Co. (NYSE: ALB), Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO), Anheuser Busch (NYSE: BUD) and Cleco Co. (NYSE: CNL) today.

Credit Agricole downgraded Allergan, Inc. (AGN) from an “outperform” rating to an “underperform” rating.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) downgraded Albemarle Co. (ALB) from a “buy” rating to a “neutral” rating. They have a price target of $75.00 on the company. Goldman cited valuation as the catalyst behind its call.

Brean Murray downgraded Aeropostale, Inc. (ARO) from a “buy” rating to a “hold” rating.

Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) downgraded Anheuser Busch (BUD) from a “buy” rating to a “neutral” rating.

Soleil Securities downgraded Cleco Co. (CNL) from a “buy” rating to a “hold” rating.

Price Targets On (ALB) (ANR) (BGFV) (CBS) (CCC) Updated by Analysts

Analysts have updated their price targets on Albemarle Co. (NYSE: ALB), Alpha Natural Resources (NYSE: ANR), Big 5 Sporting Goods (NASDAQ: BGFV), CBS (NYSE: CBS) and Calgon Carbon Corp (NYSE: CCC) .

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) raised their price target on Albemarle Co. (ALB) to $74.00. They have a “buy” rating on the company. The EPS on the company was also boosted.

Brean Murray cut their price target on Alpha Natural Resources (ANR) from $81.00 to $77.00. They now have a “buy” rating on the company.

Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) cut their price target on Big 5 Sporting Goods (BGFV) from $16.00 to $10.00. They have a “neutral” rating on the company. Cited as catalysts were rising expenses and short-term negative outlook.

UBS AG (NYSE:UBS) raised their price target on CBS (CBS) to $30.00. They have a “buy” rating on the company. EPS estimates were raised on the company because of momentum in advertising.

Brean Murray raised their price target on Calgon Carbon Corp (CCC) from $22.00 to $24.00. They have a “buy” rating on the company.

Albemarle (NYSE:ALB) Bromine Chain Should Continue to Tighten Says Jefferies (NYSE:JEF)

The bromine chain of Albemarle (NYSE:ALB) is expected to continue to tighten, which should help support price increases recently made by the company.

Jefferies noted, "the bromine chain should continue to tighten into the middle of the year, which should support extending the recent price increases in bromine downstream to the derivatives."

They are raising their EPS estimates for full year 2011 and full year 2012 to $4.10 and $4.50 from $4.00 and $4.35.

Jefferies maintains their "Buy" rating on Albemarle, which closed at $58.44, down $0.37, or 0.63 percent. Jefferies raised their price target on the company from $61 to $75.

Goldman (NYSE:GS) Boosts PT, EPS on Albemarle (NYSE:ALB)

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) raised their EPS estimates and price target on Albemarle (NYSE:ALB), citing strong flame retardants demand.

They gave three major reasons for the outlook: "1) Demand for flame retardants remains strong driven by improvement in all end markets, except those levered to construction and furnishing; 2) Brominated flame retardants (67% of FR sales) are a highly cost effective and efficient way of providing fire safety to electronics equipment and remain the preferred choice of electronic equipment manufacturers; 3) ALB is targeting 15% sales growth and 42%-47% segment income growth for the Polymer Solutions (FR-70% divisional sales) segment for 2011/12."

Full year 2011/2012 EPS estimates were raised to $4.13/$4.38 from $3.78/$4.10.

Goldman reiterated their "Buy" rating on Albemarle, which closed Wednesday at $54.42,down $1.15, or 2.07 percent. Goldman raised their price target on them from $57 to $64.
