BOK (BOKF) (BUD) (TKPPY) (TCP) (TV) (BWP) Downgraded

BOK Financial Co. (NASDAQ: BOKF), Anheuser Busch (NYSE: BUD), Technip (NASDAQ: TKPPY), TC Pipelines, LP (NYSE: TCP), Grupo Televisa S.A. (NYSE: TV) and Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (NYSE: BWP) were downgraded by analysts.

TC Pipelines, LP (TCP) was downgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) from an “Equal Weight” rating to an “Underweight” rating.

Technip (TKPPY) was downgraded by Societe Generale from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Grupo Televisa S.A. (TV) was downgraded by Scotia Capital from an “Outperform” rating to a “Sector Perform” rating.

BOK Financial Co. (BOKF) was downgraded by Stifel Nicolaus from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Anheuser Busch (BUD) was downgraded by ING Group from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (BWP) was downgraded by Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) to an “Underperform” rating.

Weyerhaeuser (WY) (MFC) (CHKP) (BUD) (EIX) (RNET) Upgraded

Weyerhaeuser (NYSE: WY), Manulife Financial (NYSE: MFC), Check Point Software (NASDAQ: CHKP), Anheuser Busch (NYSE: BUD), Edison International (NYSE: EIX) and RigNet (NASDAQ: RNET) upgraded by analysts.

Weyerhaeuser (WY) was upgraded by RBC Capital from an “Underperform” rating to a “Sector Perform” rating. They have a price target $18.00 on the company.

Manulife Financial (MFC) was upgraded by Barclays Capital from an “Equal Weight” rating to an “Overweight” rating. They have a price target of $17.00 on the company.

Check Point Software (CHKP) was upgraded by Stifel Nicolaus from a “Hold” rating to a “Buy” rating. They have a price target of $65.00 on the company.

Anheuser Busch (BUD) was upgraded by Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) from a “Neutral” rating to a “Buy” rating.

Edison International (EIX) was upgraded by Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) from a “Neutral” rating to an “Outperform” rating.

RigNet (RNET) was upgraded by Oppenheimer from a “Perform” rating to an “Outperform” rating. They have a price target of $21.00 on the company.

Ratings on (AGN) (ALB) (ARO) (BUD) (CNL) Downgraded by Analysts

Analysts downgraded ratings on Allergan, Inc. (NYSE: AGN), Albemarle Co. (NYSE: ALB), Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO), Anheuser Busch (NYSE: BUD) and Cleco Co. (NYSE: CNL) today.

Credit Agricole downgraded Allergan, Inc. (AGN) from an “outperform” rating to an “underperform” rating.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) downgraded Albemarle Co. (ALB) from a “buy” rating to a “neutral” rating. They have a price target of $75.00 on the company. Goldman cited valuation as the catalyst behind its call.

Brean Murray downgraded Aeropostale, Inc. (ARO) from a “buy” rating to a “hold” rating.

Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) downgraded Anheuser Busch (BUD) from a “buy” rating to a “neutral” rating.

Soleil Securities downgraded Cleco Co. (CNL) from a “buy” rating to a “hold” rating.

TD Ameritrade (AMTD) Joins GE (GE), Coke (KO), McDonalds (MCD), Visa (V), AT&T (T) As USOC Sponsor

TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:AMTD) has reportedly signed on to be a sponsor for the U.S. Olympic Committee, the first in the online broker segment to do so.

They will join others like Acer, Coca-Cola (NYSE:KO), Visa (NYSE:V), Anheuser-Busch (NYSE:BUD), AT&T (NYSE:T), Dow Chemical (NYSE:DOW), Atos Origin, BMW Group NA, BP (NYSE:BP), General Electric (NYSE:GE), McDonald's (NYSE:MCD), Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG), Samsung, Panasonic (NYSE:PC), and Omega, which are already sponsors of the U.S. Olympic Committee.

Under terms of the deal, TD Ameritrade will sponsor the U.S. Olympic team competing at the 2012 Olympics in London, and will have marketing presence on NBC, which will broadcast the 2012 Summer Games.

Fred Tomczyk, president and CEO for TD Ameritrade, said, “We make a promise each day to our clients and associates – to relentlessly strive to exceed their expectations. We believe this sponsorship – with an organization whose values so closely mirror our own – is an extension of that promise. We look forward to celebrating and sharing this pride of sponsorship with all of our clients, associates and shareholders.”

In a separate sponsorship category are "Official" USOC sponsors, which include Allstate (NYSE:ALL), Deloitte, Hilton Worldwide, Nike (NYSE:NKE), Tyson (NYSE:TSN), Jet Set Sports and United Airlines

USOC CEO Scott Blackmun said in a statement, “TD Ameritrade believes in supporting America’s athletes, and in the power and inspiration of their journeys. It is a company that upholds the Olympic ideals in its own industry, and we are happy to have them on board. This agreement ushers in a new era of partnership and cooperation between the USOC and NBC. Working together, we can bring the U.S. Olympic movement to new audiences and to new heights.”

TD Ameritrade was trading at $21.77, up $0.44, or 2.06 percent, as of 2:39 PM EST.
